How to Maintain your Philanthropic Legacy

September 06, 2018

Fall is in the air, and students are flooding back to campus, excited (or maybe not!) about a new slate of classes. It’s also a busy time for higher ed donors. With only four months left in the year, many gift agreements are entering their final drafts.

FAR’s executive director, Jacquie Pfeffer Merrill, was invited by Philanthropy Daily to contribute to a week-long online forum on donor intent. Her article provides practical strategies to help donors preserve their philanthropic interests.

Dr. Merrill was also invited to write a back-to-school post on the DonorsTrust Intentional Giving blog. For donors worried about what they see on campuses today, she shares useful tips on how to support higher ed in ways that align with their values.

If you’re planning a college gift this semester and would like free expert advice, FAR is always happy to help.
